Scoot.com flies on items Vivendi Deal

Scoot.com, online directory services company, rose 27% at the London Stock Exchange on rumors of a possible takeover by French multi-utility aprte of Vivendi. The title, which had reached its historic Minmie earlier this month, marks 94 pence now. Vivendio already owns 22% of the group.
